The Club held its annual table top sale on 24th November which included a bric-a-brac stall, tombola, cake stall and raffle. The day was extremely well supported by members and a wonderful £450 has been raised so far. The hamper raffle will continue running (tickets available at the bar) until 21st December when it will be drawn and the lucky winner announced. A percentage of proceeds from the sale will go to our Junior Academy fund.

On the 15th November B.I.B.C. held a fashion show hosted by DC Boutique in aid of Cancer Research UK and The Brain Tumour Charity. It was a fantastic evening raising £500 for the charities.
We would like to thank everyone who supported this event with special thanks going to the numerous local businesses who were so generous in donating both free advertising and raffle prizes (the full list of businesses can be found on our Facebook page).

B.I.B.C. would like to congratulate junior members Ellie-Marie Hamblett and Erin Boyd-Hope on being selected for the under 18's county team.
The girls attended their first match versus Norfolk at Peterborough & District IBC on 12th November 2017. They both played very well along with the rest of their teammates. Leicestershire won overall 82-58. Ellie's rink won 25-9 and Erin's rink won 20-9 which is a fantastic achievement for their first time representing the county. Ellie and Erin should be as proud of themselves as their club is of them.
